DANIEL FORMOSA
Daniel Formosa is an actor, writer and director from Malta and a graduate of the MA Acting course at East 15 Acting School, UK. Although primarily trained in performance, Daniel has a deep passion for creating and storytelling in all its forms, which he cultivated whilst training and performing with the youth devised, theatre company Studio18 for 6 years in Malta. Before relocating to London in 2021, he acquired a Bachelors in Theatre and an Undergraduate Diploma in Dance from the University of Malta along with gaining professional experience with local, established theatres and companies. With a strong interest in physical theatre Daniel has also recently participated in Gecko Theatre’s Winter Residency 2022 and Temper Theatre’s Creators Residency 2023. Additionally, Daniel is able to speak Maltese, English and Italian fluently.
Performance credits include: Footman Saint-Meran in ‘The Count of Monte Cristo’ (TV series, 2024), Harry in London Pub Theatre award nominated ‘Do iPhones Dream of Electric Sheeple’ (Theatre, 2023), Didi’ in ‘Un Weekend Particolare’ (Feature Film, 2023)
